How we price

A fixed fee, per user

You pay one monthly fee for each person we support. It covers all the support your team needs, however often they call, plus the monitoring, backups and security work that keep problems from happening in the first place.

The exact price depends on how many people you have, whether you run servers in your office, and how your systems are set up. We look at that first and give you a fixed quote, so you know exactly what you’ll pay each month.

Not included in the monthly fee

Microsoft 365 licences (we can supply these for you)
New hardware and software
Projects such as office moves and migrations, which we quote for separately

Response times

Urgent problems picked up straight away

If an IT problem stops your business working, call us and we’ll typically pick it up straight away. Our response times are backed by an SLA in our support agreement. Everyday requests are handled by the same team, on first-name terms with your staff, with no call centre or automated menus in the way.

Most issues are fixed remotely. When something needs hands on, we come to you.
